The machine operates using a rotary indexing system, where containers are
loaded onto rotating holders that move through multiple washing stations. The cleaning process includes compressed air blowing, high-pressure water and optional ultrasonic cleaning to remove dust, particles, and contaminants. After washing, sterile air blowers dry the containers before they move forward for filling or sealing.
A PLC-controlled system ensures precise washing cycles, allowing customization for different container sizes and contamination levels. Built with stainless steel construction, the machine offers high efficiency, durability, and minimal manual intervention, making it perfect for large-scale, contamination-free production lines.
