The machine operates using automated product feeding, precise label dispensing, and synchronized pressing mechanisms to ensure accurate label placement without wrinkles or misalignment.

Ampoules or vials are loaded onto a conveyor system for continuous movement, where a feed screw or star wheel aligns them at equal spacing for accurate labeling. High-speed optical sensors detect the presence of each ampoule or vial, ensuring precise positioning to avoid misalignment. A servo-driven label applicator dispenses the label from the roll and applies it at the predefined position on the vial or ampoule. Sponge rollers or nylon brushes then press the label firmly onto the surface, ensuring bubble-free and wrinkle-free adhesion. As the product moves through rotary or stationary pressing rollers, the label is further secured without creases. A vision system or barcode scanner verifies label placement and readability, automatically rejecting any vial or ampoule with a missing or misaligned label.

Finally, labeled ampoules or vials are transferred to the exit conveyor or

collection tray for further processing or packaging. The system is designed with automatic stop functions to halt operations in case of label roll depletion, machine faults, or incorrect labeling, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
