The conveyor system moves sealed containers with caps lined with induction foil to start the process. The foil liner inside the cap is activated by an electromagnetic field that produces heat when it passes under the induction sealing head. Without direct touch, the heat creates a strong bond between the liner and the bottle's mouth, resulting in an airtight and impenetrable seal. Because it is PLC-controlled, the system can precisely vary the sealing time and power, making it compatible with a range of cap sizes, container types, and production speeds.
