The machine functions by moving bottles along a conveyor to the capping Sstation, where a cap-feeding system automatically places caps onto the bottles. The bottles then pass through a series of adjustable tightening wheels or servo-driven torque heads, which secure the caps with precise torque control. The system is PLC-controlled, allowing for easy adjustments and ensuring smooth, accurate, and reliable capping operations. After capping, bottles move forward for inspection, labeling, or packaging.
