The machine operates using a conveyor system that moves bottles to the capping station. A cap-feeding system (vibratory or mechanical sorter) automatically places caps onto the containers. The multiple capping heads then apply torque to tighten the caps securely. For ROPP caps, threading rollers form the threads, ensuring a perfect seal. The system is PLC-controlled for precise torque adjustment and smooth operation. Once capped, the bottles move forward for inspection,labeling, or packaging.
